Gingersnap Cookies

Sometimes, the best recipes come from happy accidents, and that’s exactly what happened when I created these scrumptious Gingersnap Cookies. I was attempting to follow my mother’s traditional recipe, but a mistake with the ingredients led me down a new path. Instead of starting over, I decided to roll with it and see what would happen – and I’m so glad I did! The result was a cookie that’s not only delicious, but also incredibly moist and chewy. I just had to share my ‘mistake’ with you all, and I’m confident you’ll love these tasty treats just as much as I do.
